Each partner agrees to protect client and consumer information shared through the Platform in accordance with applicable federal and state laws, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Credit Manager provides secure infrastructure and compliance automation tools, but each partner is independently responsible for compliance with applicable laws in their own business operations.
