Agency Advantage was designed first and foremost for existing credit repair agencies that need a stronger infrastructure to scale and stay compliant. Many owners come to us because their current systems are messy, time-consuming, or not built for growth.
That said, our platform is also flexible enough for someone starting fresh. If you don’t yet have an agency, you can still adopt our compliance-first framework and operate as if you’ve been established from day one. In other words: while our solution is tailored for current operators, even those with no prior experience can confidently build on top of our system without guessing what’s required.
Once you submit your agency profile, we typically complete your digital assets and service setup within 7–10 business days. The total time for your agency to become fully operational may vary depending on whether your state requires a surety bond, CSO registration, or licensing, and how quickly those are completed. You are responsible for meeting all applicable state and federal compliance requirements before conducting business.
Yes. Every Agency Advantage plan is built with a compliance-first framework that aligns with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), and applicable state Credit Services Organization (CSO) requirements.
All plans include compliant digital structures such as agreements, disclosures, and billing flows. However, Lite Advantage plans operate under a website leasing model — meaning agencies that modify website content, pricing, or service agreements are responsible for maintaining compliance with all laws and regulations.
Our Smart and Enterprise plans include managed systems, documentation, and processes that help agencies stay aligned with both state and federal compliance standards.
With Lite Advantage, you have full control over your own pricing and services, meaning you can price it, sell it and do whatever you want on delivery. However, with Smart and Enterprise, agencies are required to adopt our proven compliance-ready service plans and pricing. This keeps all agencies in our network uniform, consumer-friendly, and compliant nationwide.
Only if you’re on the Lite Advantage plan. Otherwise, no. With Smart and Enterprise, our team effectively becomes your staff — handling customer onboarding, disputes, invoicing, and support. Lite Advantage is hands-on and requires you to manage operations yourself.
Most white-label services stop at giving you a website or basic software access. Agency Advantage goes further by offering a compliance-first foundation across all plans, and optional Smart and Enterprise upgrades that add done-for-you operations, automation, billing, and staffing support. These higher-tier plans are designed to remove the biggest headaches of running a credit repair business — letting you focus on growth while we handle the heavy lifting.
Perfect. Many of our clients come to us after hitting a wall trying to grow on their own. We can migrate your operations into our system, give your agency a complete makeover, and position you for growth with automation, compliance, and support. Remember, you’ll have to adopt out credit repair service plans and pricing for a 100% hands-free operation.
Agencies under the Lite Advantage plan must maintain their own billing operations and management.
Unless opted out, our Smart and Enterprise plans automatically include our Invoice Management Service (IMS), which manages invoicing, payment collection, transaction tracking, and fund distribution on behalf of your agency. After applicable transaction and management fees are deducted, net funds are disbursed to your agency via ACH or eCheck according to your active IMS plan.
Both options maintain a fully transparent, compliance-based billing flow, ensuring agencies are only charged when customers make payments. For full details, visit our Billing Department page.
Yes — there are no long-term contracts or cancellation penalties.
Scalable, compliant infrastructure for credit repair agencies ready to grow with confidence.
The Advocate Network is a compliance-based referral system that allows credit-dependent professionals—such as auto dealers, lenders, and real estate agents—to safely refer customers who were declined due to credit challenges. It helps advocates protect their business relationships while offering their customers a path toward future financing approval.
The Advocate Network goes beyond a traditional referral or affiliate program by combining compliance, transparency, and multiple earning opportunities under one ecosystem.
Advocates earn commissions when people they introduce choose to enroll and pay for services within our network, not based on loan approvals, financing outcomes, or closed sales.
This structure allows professionals to create value, earn income, and protect their reputation without participating in pay-for-approval or loan-based compensation models.
Any business that offers financing or relies on consumer creditworthiness can participate—such as mortgage brokers, auto dealers, contractors, and real estate professionals. You must operate a legitimate business and agree to basic compliance and data handling policies.
No. Joining the Advocate Network is free. Once registered, you’ll gain access to the member’s area to submit your company details. You will be provided a unique landing page allowing your customers to request credit repair assistance directly. You will not submit customer information; each customer must initiate the request voluntarily and of their own freewill.
Each customer you refer is assigned to a verified credit repair agency in our network based on their location. The customer receives a complete onboarding disclosure and information statement that explains who they’re working with and what services are being offered, ensuring full transparency. Customers then select their preferred plan and sign the corresponding agreement before any work begins. Our team performs the credit repair services, and when customers are ready to move forward with financing, they can return to you to continue their original purchase or application. We have no control over whether the customer will return to you or proceed with another provider.
No. Advocates do not receive leads from Credit Manager. The Advocate Network exists solely to give you a safe, compliant way to refer your own customers who were declined for financing due to credit challenges.
As some customers make progress and requalify for financing, they may choose to return to you or your provider, creating new opportunities that wouldn’t have existed otherwise.
All consumers that request credit repair assistance through your provided landing page will have their details stored inside our CRM. You’ll have visibility into your customer’s progress without needing to manually follow up, allowing you to stay informed while maintaining compliance boundaries.
Advocates earn commissions when individuals they introduce choose to enroll and pay for services within the Credit Manager ecosystem.
This can include credit improvement services, education programs, Advocate upgrades, agency enrollments, and attorney participation.
Commissions are tied to participation in our services, not to loan approvals, financing decisions, or the outcome of any credit application.
Yes, you can refer customers nationwide. Each customer will automatically be assigned to a compliant agency or attorney licensed to serve in their respective state.
When you register as an Advocate, you gain access to a broader partner ecosystem that allows you to earn from multiple, connected solutions.
This can include commissions from customer services, Advocate upgrades, agency enrollments, attorney participation, and educational offerings.
The goal is to turn a single introduction into multiple long-term opportunities without increasing overhead or operational complexity.
Advocates are not responsible for managing services, communicating on behalf of the network, or handling compliance requirements.
Once an introduction is made, our systems and partners handle the rest. Advocates benefit from visibility and transparency while remaining focused on their own business.
Revive your "dead" leads and reconnect when they become credit-ready for financing.
The Attorney Network connects verified law firms that specialize in credit repair and credit-related litigation with consumers seeking legal assistance. It offers a structured, compliant way to receive introductions to individuals who may need representation.
Unlike lead brokers, we don’t sell, trade, or monetize consumer leads. Law firms are introduced only after a client has gone through our credit repair process and requires legal evaluation. There are no commissions, pay-per-lead fees, or shared client payments. Each law firm operates independently and controls its own intake, ensuring full compliance with attorney advertising and referral rules.
Clients are assigned based on their state of residence and the availability of a participating law firm that practices credit-related legal services in that state. We do not match by practice area or case type beyond credit-repair-related matters.
Only credit or consumer-report-related matters are introduced—typically clients whose issues have escalated beyond standard credit repair disputes and require legal evaluation or litigation.
All introductions are made through an automated process and initiated only by the consumer. No commissions or contingency payments are exchanged. Your firm maintains full control over whether to move forward with a contact or not, ensuring compliance with attorney-referral and fee-sharing rules.
No. Once a participating law firm confirms which specific credit report items or issues will be pursued through legal channels, Credit Manager immediately pauses all related dispute activity. Our role is limited to administrative support and communication coordination. The law firm retains full control over all legal strategy, filings, and client direction. Any items not under litigation may continue through standard dispute processes unless otherwise requested by the firm.
Enrollment in the Attorney Network is free to join. Law firms may later choose to remain active through an optional subscription that provides continued introductions and system access.
No. While our process increases visibility and introduces qualified consumers, we do not guarantee case volume or results. Each firm retains discretion over case intake, and all outcomes depend on the merits of each client’s situation.
Streamlined collaboration with law firms through verified, compliant contact introductions.
